· Establish, implementation, operation and maintenance of Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 9001.

Job Requirements:
· Degree holder in Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
· Minimum 5 yeas experience in QA/QC in Construction.

Job Responsibilities:
· Project Management:

工作職責：
· 依照 ISO 9001 建立、實施、運作和維護品質管理系統。
· 監控和控制專案所有品質文件的分發。
· 根據專案要求制定並實施QA品質方案和品質計畫。
· 根據專案要求規劃、準備和實施品質保證/品質控制計劃，並指導專案團隊確保完全合規。
· 進行審核和檢查以執行所有內部和外部審核，以確保完全符合專案的品質系統。
· 進行現場監督並定期進行品質審核，以確保完全合規。
· 與客戶和分包商會面並聯絡，準備品質保證/品質控制工作程序、檢驗和檢驗計畫。
· 及時制定並執行檢驗計劃，確保施工品質符合品質計畫。
· 領導、管理和指導分包商的品質團隊成員。
· 管理分包商的 QA/QC 計劃，確保其滿足合約要求以及所有地方和聯邦法規。
· 記錄工作現場檢查的觀察結果並完成檢查報告。
· 分配但不限於上述的任何其他職責。
工作要求：
· 擁有工程學位或同等資格。
· 至少 5 年建築品質保證/品質控制經驗。
· 豐富的ISO品質管理系統知識與經驗
· 強大的分析與技術故障排除能力
· 所需語言：馬來語、國語、英語，因為這些都是建築工地使用的語言。
· 自我激勵、組織良好、積極主動。
· 良好的分析和統計能力。
· 良好的解決問題和溝通能力。
· 優秀的專案管理、溝通和批判性思考能力。

Responsibilities:
-Oversee Brandstores construction projects from conception, location sourcing to completion
-Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
-Coordinate and direct subcontractors to ensure completion on time
-Meet contractual conditions of performance
-Review the work progress on daily basis
-Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
-Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
-Analyze, manage and mitigate risks
-Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
Requirements:
-BA/MA degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field is preferred
