Working in this role, you will play a key role in the provision of strategic insight to our clients in the delivery of consumer research services by having a good understanding of their business issues and developing relevant consumer research solutions including integration across NIQ business units while building and maintaining strong client relationships. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development  

• Identify areas of business opportunity and growth for the responsible area  
• Maintain and further foster relationships with current clients  
• Develop plans to cross-sell and introduce new services to current clients  
• Contribute to building the company’s positive image through participation in professional associations and industry conferences/seminars  
• Participate in the development and launch of new services  
• Contribute to the strategies and business plans for the growth of the business unit based on global and regional / sub-regional directions  
• Provide continuous feedback on competitive activities within assigned clients  

  Financial Management  

• Achieve revenue, profitability, quality, speed of delivery and productivity targets as well as other related business development objectives as assigned  
• Ensure local business strategies are implemented according to regional / sub-regional directions in order to meet the financial and business objectives of the business unit  
• Monitor the actual financial performance against budget/forecast and ensure the implementation of appropriate actions that will lead to the achievement of the financial targets  
• Ensure proper pricing and contracts are completed and approved according to company’s policies and guidelines  
• Manage the cost of jobs within present budget restrictions   

Client Servicing  

• Implement plans that will contribute to maximum client satisfaction and ensure continued profitable and business growth  
• Ensure client service standards are implemented and enhanced as client expectations continue to evolve and change in the marketplace  
• Ensure the implementation of Client Management Process for the assigned accounts and be able to add value to those key clients  
• Manage the client servicing team with the primary responsibility of expanding our scope of influence with clients across a wider range of products and with greater depth of involvement   
• Provide product solutions and benefits to client business issues/opportunities by developing strategic initiatives for each client  
• Oversee the management and conduct of assigned research projects including preparation, approval, and delivery of proposals, reports, and presentations  
• Foster relationships at all levels and functions of the client organization to identify opportunities for incremental product/solution sales  
• Ensure team members are trained to handle client requirements  
• Ensure adherence to the company policies on business conduct/ethics when servicing clients are being observed by the entire division

• Demonstration of consultative/challenger consumer behaviors, ability to reframe and challenge the way clients view their businesses, sales and marketing spend. Ability to build enduring relationships with C-level executives – truly passionate relationship developer.   
• Deep understanding of key client Personas, particularly within Customized/Marketing Intelligence, and ability to tailor a sales strategy accordingly.   
• Excellent awareness of market and industry conditions and client business environment.  
• Financial understanding (eg. P&L, EBITDA) and how this relates to business success.

Role Summary

Responsible to support the day-to-day operations of Asia Pacific Labeling & Artwork Hub. Perform tasks as requested by the participating countries, to deliver labelling and artwork tasks in accordance with our company’s labelling and artwork guidelines, including but not limited to:

•    Evaluation of labeling activities

•    Coordination with Country Regulatory Affairs’ points of contact

•    Preparation of labeling content, solicit internal review & approval, as appropriate

•    Creation of artwork to support regulatory submissions and market implementation

•    Ensure compliance at all times

Key Responsibilities:

•    Product Label Management

•     Ensure that product labelings are updated in accordance with respective country and corporate guidelines. 
•     Ensure proper maintenance of tools and systems used in the creation and maintenance of labeling materials and artworks e.g., REDS, BWEL, Artwork Management System as well as associated databases and team sites. 
•     Ensure prompt availability of labels and artworks and liaises with departments such as Business Development, Medical, Marketing, Training, PV and external partners to ensure compliance with established regulations. 
•     Ensure communications with business partners and the archival of such communications meet corporate guidelines. 
•     Support participating countries to ensure prompt implementation of labeling changes (safety and non-safety) for marketed products and liaise with various packaging sites, artwork centers and internal departments, for compliance with established regulations and to prevent stockout and minimize discards. 
•     Maintain databases and team sites by ensuring updated and accurate information are uploaded. 

•    Compliance 

•     Drive compliance according to participating countries’ set procedures and standards by ensuring required metrics are met.
•     Ensure efficient execution of strategic regulatory and implementation plans to achieve the desired results and avoid stock-outs.

Education Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor of Life Science

Required Experience and Skills:

• At least three (3) years of experience in multinational companies with knowledge on drug product registration and lifecycle maintenance
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills and presentation skills

Manager, Regulatory Affairs

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement regulatory strategy to accelerate products and indications pipeline
• Drive regulatory policy shaping initiatives with local regulatory agency, trade association and other external stakeholders.
• Ensure regulatory support through product life cycle including labelling, CMC and dossier modifications
• Coordinate the preparation of post-approval regulatory documents in accordance with agreed timeframes
• Lead/participate in negotiations during regulatory approval processes for applications with the regulatory agencies
• Participate in inter-company organizations focusing on specific industry-related issues
• Keep abreast on all regulatory requirements (local, ASEAN, ICH, WHO), market, and industry developments
• Build long term effective relationships and keeps open communication with Regional / Global colleagues
• Monitor regulatory agencies and industry changes, trends and requirements to contribute effectively to product development and regulatory strategies
• Cooperate with other departments to collect information needed for recall reporting, including initial and follow-up reports, and others
• Contribute with regulatory support during health authority site inspections
• Attend inter-departmental meetings discussing product issues and priorities to develop clear and concise plans with milestones to reach the desired outcomes
• Participate in development of regulatory strategies for product changes, to ensure compliance with the current regulatory requirements
• Participate in working and industry groups to provide input to shape the regulatory landscape and maintain prospective awareness of evolving regulatory expectations
• Serves as a local in-house CMC expert and able to provide a specialized perspective for product life-cycle management.

Education Minimum Requirement:

• Graduates with Pharmacy degree or graduates with Science related degree eg BioMedical, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, Biotechnology etc.
• First class honours or high second upper degree
   

Required Experience and Skills:

• Registered pharmacist are encouraged to apply
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant pharmaceutical regulatory experience, preferably with MNC background, including experience in regulatory affairs policy shaping and CMC
• Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing to internal and external stakeholders is essential
