Responsibilities

• Define, create, and manage marketing acquisition efforts across awareness, consideration, and conversion using multiple channels

• Manage KOL/Influencer seeding for campaign to create brand awareness and publicity

Requirements

• Proven min. 2 years of working experience in Brand Marketing, KOL / Influencer Specialist, Digital Marketing,
• Fluent in English & Chinese/Mandarin, both oral and written
• Bachelor's degree in Brand Communication or related major
• Experience handling beauty brand promotion or having a broad knowledge of beauty or skincare products is preferred
• An ability to think strategically to produce innovative and original ideas

Job Purpose:

• Connect with property management companies, building managers, JMBs and property developers to develop collaborative potential, in order to explore the chances of installing media resources in buildings
• Responsible for developing high-rise building to be one of company's media resources, constantly following up collaboration project status, and ensuring the progress of project development
• Systematic exploration, establishment, development of buildings to build relationships with building clients
• Maintain the building partners' relationship, ensure the normal operation of media resources, deliver good communication, coordination and cooperation with the operation department; renew the contract in time
• Resolve emergencies in the cooperation and maintain a stable relationship
• Ensure the data entry accuracy, update, maintenance and upgrade work of the buildings under your care, keep the data timely and comprehensive and ensure data security

Job Description:

• Proactively reach out to existing clients via phone to understand their needs and concerns.
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support.

Working Hours:

Job Requirement:

• Candidate should possess SPM, Diploma / Advanced Diploma, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent in any field
• Preferably at least 1 years of doing outbound calls/Telesales
• Able to communicate in Mandarin language

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage retail marketing team to support the marketing plan and achieve business objectives. 

• Develop and implement integrated marketing plans to drive sales and brand awareness of offline retail channels. 

• Collaborate with the sales and operation team to create and execute promotional campaigns, including in-store displays, training, product demonstration, offline advertising, and other marketing initiatives. 

• Work closely with the marketing and purchasing team to identify product trends, features, and benefits that resonate with our target audience. 

• Create and manage budgets for all marketing activities, ensuring that spending is in line with the overall business objectives. 

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences, new opportunities, stay up-to-date on market trends and competitive activity by competitors in the consumer electronic industry. 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field. 

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail marketing, with a focus on offline marketing channels, preferably with a focus on consumer eletronics products.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make strategic decisions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence others. 

• Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing plans that drive sales and brand awareness. 

• Experience managing a team and working cross-functionally with sales, purchasing, and external partners.
