Incumbent reports to the Senior Manager, Engineering. He / She will be responsible for managing and monitoring the project timeline, ensure timely project deliverables to stakeholders, this includes management and effective communication between stakeholders.
Responsibilities and Duties
The incumbent will assist in managing project deliverables and monitoring timeline. Incumbent will coordinate with respective stakeholder internal or external to ensure smooth completion of the project.
Document the process along the way. Manage and document full process flow of:
· Responsible for delivery success of assigned project.
· Work closely with internal stakeholder to ensure systems and procedures are compliance to the Organization’s Quality standards and Regulatory requirements.
· Sourcing for machinery/equipment/parts, conduct technical evaluation and submit propose for management review.
· Participate in Project Core Team meetings or Extended Team meetings to drive action to solutions.
· Organize project meeting and compile project status report to achieve project scope, schedule, resource and budget.
· Drive operational readiness to support development builds and trial manufacturing build. Conduct reviews and compile reports.
· Participate in new process development, optimize existing process, and implement technical breakthrough activities through Lean / Six Sigma methodology to reduce manufacturing costs and/or enhance manufacturing efficiency.
· Any other ad hoc responsibility tasked by the reporting Manager / Senior Management
Requirements
· Diploma and above / relevant Trade Certifications in Mechanical Engineer, Project Engineer or related
· 8 years working experience in FMCG manufacturing companies in a similar role preferred or relevant experience in leading medium to large scale projects involving process improvement or installation of new production line.
· Prefer with experience in flavour or beverage manufacturing production processes.
