We are seeking a highly skilled Bank Partnership and Regulatory Manager to join our Mobile Financial Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating and signing on banking partners, supporting product regulatory approvals, and facilitating the process of obtaining any required local licenses. This role involves working with multiple stakeholders to launch products from ideation to operations, requiring a deep understanding of the fintech ecosystem, strong presentation and negotiation skills, and financial acumen.

What you will do

• Identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships with banks and financial institutions to support the launch and expansion of mobile financial services.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and obtain necessary approvals for products and services.
• Facilitate the process of obtaining local licenses and certifications required for the operation of mobile financial services.
• Work closely with product development, legal, compliance, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and launch of products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with banking partners, regulators, and other key stakeholders.
• Monitor changes in regulatory environments and industry trends to proactively address potential challenges and opportunities.
• Prepare and present regular reports on partnership progress, regulatory developments, and product launch status to senior management and stakeholders.

What you will bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in partnership management, regulatory affairs, or a similar role in the fintech or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of the fintech ecosystem, mobile financial services, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements relevant to mobile financial services.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes.
