Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service through timely and professional response to enquiries
• Assist patients with their requests, e.g. appointments scheduling (new appointments, reschedule or cancel existing appointments) and general enquiries.
• Understand patients’s needs and provide timely, accurate and appropriate information and assistance.
• Registration and updating of patients particulars.

Requirements

• N level and above

- Ensures that all unsecured and secured applications are processed with accuracy in accordance to the guidelines set by the bank, and within stipulated SLAs.

Responsibilities:

• Report to the Service Manager and Field Service Manager regarding on-site repairs and/or maintenance calls and update daily on-site job cards.

• Complete a minimum average number of site calls per day.

• Coordinate with customers on site arrival, departure, truck service availability, and ensure that lift trucks are operating well before leaving the site; ensure that necessary work are completed satisfactorily before seeking customers' acknowledgement on the service job cards.

• Maintain an accurate record of all travel and worked hours for each job using the assigned tablets.
