You will drive product electrical functionality issue resolution and improvement from internal process and customer complain.

What does a Product Engineer (Electrical Test) does at HP:

• Represents Product Engineering team in all matters related to the electrical testing and quality of complex thermal ink-jet products.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor's Degree in Automation Engineering/Computer Science/Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial automation & industrial equipment controls system and hardware structure design
• Better to know Robotics programming: Yamaha, Fanuc, Epson, Kuka, Denso, Nachi, others
• PLC/IPC logic & programming, troubleshooting, and configuration with industry leading vendors (Beckhoff, Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi, Toshiba, etc’…) be plus

What a typical day looks like:

• Perform site surveys to identify and document existing customer equipment and processes.

• Product mechanic design both in standard parts and non-standard parts
• System verification in whole development process with good abilities of troubleshooting

• Create and maintain related controlled documentation (logics & functional schematics, state machines, business scenarios, sequencing & timing diagrams, process flows, acceptance test procedures, technical/operational/maintenance manuals)

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Automation Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in  machining process, common material model parameters, machining related surface treatment principles
• Good knowledge in mechanical, pneumatic, electric standard parts brand, performance, character, parameters, etc.
• Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, ProE, UG, SolidWorks, etc.)

What you will do:

As Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for smaller less technically complex solutions. Builds relationship with customers, which may be end users, to understand needs and offers solution within a standard framework or range on pricing and margin.

How you will do it:

• Study product knowledge and company working procedure, continuous to improve domain knowledge of product, company and industry. 
• Plan annual secured order strategy aligned with Department goal. Achieve business sales target with YOY growth expectation in the region.
• Prepare and issue tenders and proposals to customers. Lead negotiation and/or bidding activity at optimum profit levels to the company. Close orders to achieve the goals and targets assigned. Responsible for payment collection.
• Provide monthly reporting on assigned vertical secured and revenue attainment as well as non-financial reporting to management team.
• Be proactive to liaise, develop relationship and influence customer(s) to maintain a long-term service relationship, ensure customer satisfaction at high level.
• Develop sales leads and identify customer requirements. 
• Monitor and collect competitors’ activities in market and report periodically directed by company.
• Independently develop and follow up BMS projects to provide solutions for customers.
• Compliance with Johnson Controls’ policies and procedures at all times.
• Optional:
• Responsible for the promotion of BMS products and systems in design institutes, industry associations and integrators in the industry in the region.
• Compiling the production of catalogues to customers. Prepare localized master catalogue and general applications for contractors and consultants where appropriate.
• Conduct cold calls and new business development.
• Explore and execute end to end BMS project, and provide industry solution to customer.

What we look for:

• Bachelor Degree or above, preferably in Mechanical engineering and HVAC engineering or Electrical / Electronic engineering 
• Minimum 2 years working experience as sales/marketing position in direct selling industrial machineries
• Self-motivated, hardworking and positive
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and selling skills
• Good spoken and written in English
• Willing to travel frequently.
