Job Description
PROCUREMENT
•Manage end-to-end procurement process and standardize processes, policies and practices.
•Sourcing for new brands, products locally and overseas & obtain quotations.
•Manage the entire acquisition process for new brands and products; from sourcing, negotiating of prices and terms of contract.
•Regularly conduct market analysis and proactively engage with internal stakeholders to address business opportunities and needs to drive value add.
OPERATION
•Manage with existing brands and suppliers and review existing merchandise to ensure competitiveness.
•Monitor supplier performance and compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
•Prepare & process Purchase Orders and coordinate with Suppliers for timely deliveries.
•Provide logistic support such as goods shipping/receiving arrangement and documentation preparation.
•Work closely with relevant internal and external parties on daily basis.
•Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by reporting officer
Job Requirement
•Degree/Master in Supply Chain/Procurement/ Business Management/Sales & Marketing
•Language(s): English and Chinese
At least 2-5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
