Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's overall objectives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with senior management to understand business goals and translate them into HR initiatives.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding processes and programs.
- Lead workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning initiatives.
- Manage employee relations, addressing and resolving workplace issues.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Implement performance management systems to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead the development and execution of employee training and development programs.
- Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct regular market analysis to ensure the organization's compensation strategy is competitive.
- Ensure HR practices comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on changes in employment legislation and adjust policies and practices accordingly.
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-10 years experience in a senior HR leadership role in .com, IT Services, Financial etc. Industry.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation.
- Proficient in Recruiting or Employee Relationship practice in Malaysia.
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
