• Responsible to create and maintain multiple databases on a timely manner and ensure accurate and updated information is captured in all the database ie: contact details of the government agencies, list of potential investors and list of activities for reporting purposes.
• Responsible for compiling and maintaining a proper and systematic filing systems for all the paperworks i.e, incoming/outgoing letters, proposals, memos, company profiles etc. and ensures good safekeeping of all important documents.
• Arrange domestic requirement that involve visitation or special program lead or involving by Investor Management i.e local transportation for site visit, issuing placeholder meeting, and all other necessary arrangement required.

Key Responsibilities 

• Assist in monitoring Project Implementor or Contractor’s performance to ensure smooth progress of Works to follow specifications, within the stipulated time, ensure quality of works and within the budget.
• Support n coordinating/liaise and interfaces with the clients, local authority and Utilities provider and attends regular meetings and provides statistical reports.
• Prepare status reports, preparation of monthly reports and prepare presentations regarding the progress of the work with respect to interim and major milestones.
• Identify possible problem areas and propose preventative action to ensure that critical milestone are met for each phase of the project.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess contractor’s work progress based on approves schedule ; planned versus actual progress.
• Support in determine critical-path activities for assigned discipline or specialities and identifies significants activities supporting inter-discipline requirement and identifies critical path for discipline or speciality work activities.

Key Responsibilities 

• Senior Executive position that will be reporting to Business Development Manager and Business Intelligent Manager.
• To perform market and industry research and analysis with guidance from the manager in charge of relevant economic matters pertaining to the oil and gas sector.
• To compile, consolidate and summarise relevant issues of the industry and economy for the department and ensure that the information is provided on a timely schedule as per the agreement of the manager in charge.
