RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Sales & Promotion Manager, he or she will be responsible to lead the creation and implementation of monetised campaigns, driving largely lower funnel conversions.
This role requires excellent time and project management and can work well under tight timelines. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and comfortable with presentations and discussions with respective campaign committees or category teams is expected. It is also important to be able to articulate key learnings to better future campaign planning and executions.
This scope integrates with a wider Sales and Promotion team to drive monetisation and sales conversions.
Health and Wellness-Unity Brand Marketing Lead
Support Unity format marketing to be in sync with Brand Key articulations. This includes but not limited to development and implementation of targeted and engaging initiatives to build brand affinity and drive conversions. Oversee and work closely with the team for offline and online marketing campaigns along with internal stakeholders (products & channel) and external stakeholders (creative & media agency, production agency, content creators). The ideal candidate must be independent and able to maximise owned media (e.g. socials, website etc.) and first party data to drive effective conversions.
As we are working towards doing less for more, ability to conduct post mortem analysis and be succinct in identifying what worked and what did not, will be essential to communicate key insights and recommendations to the various stakeholders.
As this will be a people manager role, candidate to be equipped with leadership skills to provide guidance to executives/associate to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Facilitate Brand Key alignment and implementation (Unity)
| - Bring to life aligned marketing strategies to reinforce brand positioning
- Establish Brand Health Tracking (when required) to understand evolution of brand funnel metrices

2. Strategic campaign development and executions (Unity) | - Conceptualisation in alignment with business objectives and support the growth ambition for specific customer segments (contribution and average basket value)
- Stakeholder management to gain buy in at all levels to maximise executional excellence
- Monitor campaign performance-Return on Advertising spends and ensure learnings shared with key stakeholders

3. Campaign Planning and Execution | - Lead Campaign Planning with respective committee for assigned campaigns to support the business ambitions.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of offline and online campaign deliverables
- Be the main contact point with category teams to ensure accuracy of promotional information and be able to manage time sensitive information responsibly
- Work seamlessly with various agencies (creative, media and production) to develop and implement campaign deliverables
- Lead/contribute to post campaign analysis to maximise learnings to better future execution
- Establish best practices for wider team benefit
