JOB DESCRIPTION

• Update and prepare all bank transactions on daily basis. 
• Prepare inter-company billing for Holding Company and subsidiaries. 
• Perform bank reconciliation and statements.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes.

Responsibilities:

 Responsible for daily accounts recording functions.
 Assist in overall filing of accounts related documents and maintenance of records.
 To ensure the accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, journal and
general ledger functions are performed in an effective and efficient manner.

 At least Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
 Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience preferably in group reporting/consolidation and Bursa reporting experiences.

• Preparing full set of monthly accounts and ensure proper and accurate month-end closing to meet deadline.
• To perform daily accounting operation such as cash flow management, accounts payable and account receivable, general ledger & other accounting functions.
• To perform monthly accounts closing.
• Prepare daily bank reconciliation report.
• Ensure that the bookkeeping and filing of the accounting documents are done on a proper and timely manner.
