Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual sales calls to potential customers primarily in Mandarin, promoting and selling life insurance products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Understand clients' needs and provide suitable insurance solutions to meet their requirements.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors' offerings to effectively position our products.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using the company's system.
- Continuously enhance sales skills and knowledge through training and professional development opportunities.
- Fluency in Mandarin is essential, both spoken and written.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a virtual environment.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in virtual communication tools and CRM software.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
