Primary Responsibilities :

• To prepare the hotel’s annual maintenance budget and submit to management for approval. The annual budget should include manpower requirement, capital requisition, alteration works, etc. On budget’s approval, the imcumbant rolls out the maintenance plan.

Responsibilities

The Commercial Apps team is a new team that aims to help generate revenue and support key customers while working on the newest and most innovative of our released technology. We expect the team to continue to grow which puts the successful candidate in a position to gain more responsibility and grow as a leader and strategic thinker. Specifically, the Commercial Applications team carries out bespoke pilot projects for potential customers to demonstrate the quality and benefits of Nanopore sequencing to drive new customer acquisition and support sales in the APAC region. Furthermore, the team uses their expertise in Nanopore sequencing and data analysis to support existing key customers in carrying out high-impact projects. The types of projects will cover the full range of existing and new applications of Nanopore’s sequencing platform including DNA and transcriptomics sequencing. The candidate will work in close collaboration with the commercial and technical support teams to identify suitable opportunities based on commercial impact as well as scientific and technological feasibility. Furthermore, the candidate will be responsible for planning, prioritizing, and coordinating the timely execution of these projects. c. Drive performance management with the measurement of performance gaps and recommend improvement opportunities.

d. Collaborate with various HODs of Services/Divisions to improve efficiencies and utilisation rates of all manpower resources and facilities.

5. Care Integration

a. Harnessing technologies, collaborate with HODs to generate a 360 view of each client.

b. Collaborate with relevant HODs and facilitate the formulation of integrated and standardised care plans across various Services and facilities.

c. Facilitate the planning, development and standardisation of care plans which are outcome and evidenced based.

6. Operations Excellence

a. Assist in the formulation in the Operations Excellence Framework.

b. Map and standardise key processes across Services and facilities (including, Admission, Assessment, Financial Counselling, Care Delivery, Billing, and etc).

c. Identify improvement opportunities and work with HODs and Kaizen/Lean Champions to reduce waste, add value and improve efficiencies.

d. Collaborate with HODs to ensure compliance with Standard Work and embark on PDCA/PDSA cycles as part of the continuous improvement effort.

a. Assist in the formulation of the Service Excellence Framework.

b. Champion the Voice of our Customers (VOC), with a holistic plan to engage, understand and improve the Satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores (NPS) of all Centres and Services.

We are expanding our team of Finance professionals to support the campus development activities in Alexandra Hospital (AH). You will be responsible for the following:
