Currently expanding our business and would like to invite potential candidates to join us as Assistant Company Secretary to support the Company Secretary team in delivering professional company secretarial service

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Responsible in carrying out all aspects of the company secretarial function such as preparing bank documents, resolutions and SSM forms;
2. Preparation of resolutions and documents for lodgment to the relevant authorities;
3. Update and maintain all relevant statutory records and documents for clients;
4. Well versed in Companies Act 2016, Companies Commission of Malaysia’s requirements and other relevant authorities in connection with company secretarial matters;
5. Monitor and comply with submission deadlines.
6. Follow up with client on relevant documents & assist in key in date in accounting software
7. Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or Management from time to time.

職責與責任：

4. 熟悉2016年公司法、馬來西亞公司委員會的要求以及其他相關公司秘書事宜的相關機構；
5. 監控並遵守提交截止日期。
6. 與客戶跟進相關文件並協助在會計軟體中輸入日期
7. 履行上級或管理層不時指派的其他職責。

Syarat Kelayakan Jawatan :-

1. Warganegara Malaysia.

2. Kelulusan - Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia, Sijil, Diploma atau kelayakan dari institusi-institusi pengajian tinggi tempatan atau kelayakan yang diiktiraf setaraf dengannya oleh Kerajaan.

3. Pengalaman bekerja - minimum 1 tahun.

4. Boleh berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Melayu dan Bahasa Inggeris.

5. Mempunyai asas perakaunan dan transaksi kewangan.

6. Memahami keperluan kewangan iaitu Generally Accepted Accounting Principle (GAAP).

7. Berpengetahuan mengendalikan Microsoft Office 365.

8. Mempunyai kemahiran berkomunikasi dan menulis dengan baik.

9. Boleh bekerjasama dan mempunyai etika kerja yang baik.

10.Berupaya menyelesaikan masalah seharian.

11.Mempunyai kemahiran mengurus kerja dan boleh melakukan tugas-tugas lain yang diarahkan.

Deskripsi Tugas Utama :-

Bertanggungjawab menjalankan tugas-tugas pengurusan kewangan sepenuh masa di peringkat Kumpulan Sokongan berhubung urusan-urusan kawalan belanjawan, kewangan am, terimaan, perolehan, bayaran emolumen, pembayaran dan akaun.

We are representing our client a Genuine Auto Parts Supplier. As they continue to expand, they are looking for Accounts Assistant to join their team based at Singapore. 

Job Description 

• Assist in AP, AR & GL.
• Process invoices and receipts accordingly.
• Ensure timely monthly closure of invoices and receipts.
• Support Finance Department in general admin duties.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

• At least a Diploma / Degree in Accountancy.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication in English & Mandarin (due to business needs).

Job Details

• Working time: 8.30am - 6pm (Mon to Fri),  8.30am - 12.30pm (Alternate Saturday)
