Responsibilities
1. Provide general administrative & clerical support to HR department. 
2. Assist in ensuring daily human resource functions are running smoothly.

Requirements:
1. Minimum STPM with at least 2 years of working experience in related functions, however, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 
2. Preferably with some basic knowledge in Sarawak Labour Ordinance and Human Resource practices.
3. Possess pleasant personality, good communication and interpersonal skills, with the highest level of confidentiality.
4. Able to communicate (Written & spoken) in English, Malay & Mandarin. 
5. Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Payroll System, E-leave, E-Claim)

• Organize, develop and maintain proper filing system
• To perform any other duties & responsibilities when necessary ( Issue Sales Order & Delivery Order)
• To liase with Immigration, JTK, Fomema & other related government agency on foreign workers permit renewal
• Manages foreign worker including accommodation, medical chech-up, renewal work pemit, transportation & etc
• To administer , process & renew license, tenancy & other

Job Description

• Handling all related documentation related to foreign workers.
• To process Payroll, calculate and process employee wages, salaries, utilities bill and deductions. Verify and input time records and other compensation elements.
• To prepare documentations on foreign worker matters such as Immigration, JTK, Fomema and KLN documents.
• To assist in all immigration and embassy matters such as passport, permit renewals and check-out memos as well as work permit cancellations due to resignations or abscondment.
• To assist on foreign workers permit renewal, Fomema medical check-up, Insurance & etc.
• To bring foreign workers to the hospital, clinic or bank, whenever required.
• To perform other related duties assigned by superior from time to time.

• 協助處理所有移民和大使館事務，例如護照、許可證續約和退房備忘錄以及因辭職或潛逃而取消的工作許可證。
• 協助外籍勞工許可證更新、Fomema體檢、保險等。
• 如有需要，帶外籍工人到醫院、診所或銀行。
