Job Description (Recruitment Intern)
- Understand client requirements and source for suitable candidates
- Conduct phone interviews with job applicants
- Coordinate interview arrangements and follow-up results
- Conduct reference checks
- Perform any ad hoc admin tasks.
Requirement
- Diploma and Degree student from all relevant courses
- Possess pleasant personality with a desire to learn
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated personality
- Team player
- Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Melayu
