We are looking for a highly driven Banking Specialist Recruiter to join SearchAsia! Reporting to the team head, you will be responsible in developing a pipeline of talents in the Banking sector. In this role, you will be able to learn skills such as business development and client/candidate management, as well as develop knowledge of the banking industry.

As a Banking Specialist, you will be given the opportunity to take charge of the full recruitment cycle and provide an exceptional level of service to both clients and candidates. You will be exposed to networking activities, where you can expect to connect and build strong relationships with our clients.

In this role, you will have to:

- Conduct telemarketing to generate new business leads in the banking sector

- Develop business projects with target company’s industry and job categories to achieve their hiring goals

- Work closely with our hiring managers to understand business needs and perform the high-quality end-to-end recruitment process

- Spearhead finding and reaching out to potential candidates using a variety of search methods

- Pre-screen candidate applications and resumes for required skills, experience, and knowledge to fit position requirements

- Suggest referrals to hiring manager and ensure efficient turnover activity

- Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms

What you will be doing

What you bring: 

• 6+ years of experience in Recruitment where, minimum 3+ years in recruiting leadership and sales professionals, preferably in IT Industry
• Proven track record of successfully filling leadership and sales positions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, Passive sourcing techniques, Head hunting and social media hiring.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality talent within tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
