As part of the Resourcing team development for National Express, an opportunity now exists for a German speaking Recruiter to join our Resourcing function.

Working as part of a fast paced environment, the ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a best in class end-to-end recruitment service for the recruitment needs of our German business.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing: Utilise a variety of sourcing techniques to identify, attract, and engage potential caregivers and support staff.

Interviewing: Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates` qualifications, skills, and passion for providing domiciliary care.

Collaboration: Work closely with department managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interviews, and recruitment processes.

Team Building: Contribute to building a compassionate, skilled, and reliable team that aligns with our values.

Data Analysis: Utilise data and metrics to assess recruitment performance and make data-driven improvements.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in recruiting, preferably in healthcare or domiciliary care.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A passion for helping others and a deep understanding of the unique demands of domiciliary care.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems is a plus.

Main Responsibilities:
- Business development for new clients, communicate with clients to understand their hiring requirements

- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs

- Screening resumes / performing phone interviews with candidates
- Making recommendations to hiring managers and present shortlisted candidate profile summaries
- Arrange client-candidate meetings, following up on interview process status and closing the job positions

Requirements:
- Possess Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (Basic)

- Previous experience in recruitment, HR, business development or related industry
