1) To perform in-process and out-going production inspection to ensure conformance to
quality systems or product specifications including packaging quality.
2) To monitor and conduct inspections on all production lines including operators.
3) To carry out checks on returned goods and prepare an analysis report.
4) To perform periodic lab tests on products.
5) To work closely with the production department and warehouse on delivery and inventory.
6) To liaise with health authorities and government bodies on QC related matters.
7) To liaise with raw material suppliers as and when required.
8) To continuously carry out necessary QC initiatives and implementation to maintain or
improve quality standards of products.
9) To prepare QC reports and procedure documentation.
10) To observe/ensure good housekeeping and orderliness in production and R&D areas.
11) To perform routine checks and maintenance of QC equipment.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:-
1. To comply with the requirements of the Management System implemented in the organisation (HACCP, ISO 14001, BRC-IoP Packaging and FSC Chain of Custody)
2. To be responsible for product safety, legality, regulatory compliance and quality system implemented.
3. Coordinates laboratories or testing of products and as well as calibration for equipment used in a laboratory for the testing
4. To ensure the process capability of all products are being monitored and controlled according to the requirements.
5. To conduct training program on product defects, product knowledge and GMP requirements.
6. To conduct testing for current product or new product (sample) and work together with Buss. Dev department
7. To perform any other duties as assigned by the superior.

Responsibilities: -
- To fully coordinate, monitor, supervise and responsible for the safe operation of lifts / escalators / travellators / dumb waiters and comply to JKKP Regulations
- The lifts defects & works orders are well coordinated & executed on time. Need to check and ensure no safety defects before all JKKP inspections
- To carry out and ensure JKKP 2nd schedule is fully complied & endorsed
- To lead by providing guidelines and work solution to your subordinates and regularly train them on safety and technical operation
- To follow up closely on the work orders, quotation and payment collection
- To perform regularly and timely site checks and to submit report on at least 5 job site per month. To ensure no safety defects during JQA inspections
- To visit customers regularly and maintain good PR with them
- To ensure call backs are attended in less than 30 minutes for man trapped case, less than 90 minutes or normal breakdown. Analysis reports need to be submitted for all man trapped case, and for breakdown of 2 time or more in a month
- Any other assignments that be adjusted and given by immediate Superior or Management from time to time
Requirements: -
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in related field
- At least 1 year in related working experience is required. Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
- Strong working knowledge in MS Office
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
