- At the full performance level, the incumbent will be responsible for the following duties:
- Provide expert technical guidance, assistance, and mentorship to multi-discipline design teams
- Leads and directs teams of engineers and architects in the production of design deliverables to customers, clients, and/or stakeholders
- Establishes and maintains schedules, milestones, budgets, assumptions and risks, contingencies, and performance measurement criteria for a wide range of projects
- Development, execution, and management of A-E contracts
- Provides technical advice, solutions, or evaluation on design projects involving challenging or unusual planning, scheduling, budgeting, negotiation, and coordination.
- Manages the quality review for programming and design documents to ensures compliance with DoD, USACE, and engineering standards
- Implements corporate decisions, guidance, laws, regulations, and policies associated with the development of designs and associated products.
- Effectively communicate and collaborates with the project delivery team, other Divisions, Sponsors and Stakeholders to clearly define project scope, criteria, and schedule
- Ensure compliance with the Quality Management Process, to include working with the Quality Manager, or other applicable personnel/resource, through the project’s total life cycle
- Integrating lessons-learned from prior project success into standard operating procedures and coordinating these solutions and guidelines with applicable personnel.
Starting at $82,830 Per Year (GS 12)
