Job Responsibilities:

This role is critical to support Security & Safety Manager in ensuring the safety of guest, associate, visitors/vendors/suppliers and property, work proactively to prevent theft and vandalism, responds to the needs of associate, offers assistance to those in need, provides excellent customer services, and takes direction from department supervisory/management associate. Work with potentially unpredictable individuals requiring that teamwork and effective communication with other security officers and associate are critical.

• Day to day security operations, implement and improve on security procedures and responsible for access control systems and vehicle control system.

• Conduct preliminary investigation and have good working relationship with the police and other relevant government authorities on security matters.

Job Brief:

Entails managing the reception area, coordinating all front desk activities, and supervising the support staff. Front Office Manager also compile reports for management, including occupancy reports and financial information.

12. Conduct internal audit activities, to verify operation activities meet HACCP, GMP, hygiene / sanitary, ISO 22000 and ISO 9001 requirement periodically.

13. As Master Document Controller, formalize documents for Food Safety and Quality document and records as per documented information procedure, maintain record keeping.

14. Provide training (GMP Hygiene, HACCP and Food Safety) to Operations and Production staff

15. Conduct incoming raw material check, in-process QC check and finished product microbiological testing, review QA/QC reports for accuracy and compliance.

Requirement

1. Degree holder in Food Technology, Food Science or related fields

2. Has minimum 3 years working experience, QA/QC in relevant industry is added advantage

3. Bilingual – English/Mandarin beneficial

4. Advantage to possess knowledge and experience in Statistical Process Control, visual board management and waste elimination

Job Descriptions:

• Perform routine quality checks & inspections on all incoming products
• Conduct sensory evaluations for existing, re-formulated & new products
• Analyse possible reasons for defects and quality lapses
• Generate QC reports and maintaining quality assurance records
• Develop sampling plans for quality control purposes

• Ensure production workers comply with GMP and hygiene practices, food safety standards and SOP at all times
• Report non-conformances to superior / person-in-charge for investigation & corrective action
• Resolve quality issues / customer feedbacks with the team
• Support R&D projects & assist in samples preparation
• Provide food quality & food safety related assistance to other departments (i.e. marketing)
• Assist in internal, external and regulatory audits
• Second point of contact for product certifications / documents request
• Involve in improvement project initiated by QA team
• Any other duties that the Company may assign from time to time

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Food & Beverage Services Management / Food Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 2 year of QC experience in food manufacturing industry is preferred
• Equipped with basic cooking skills & sushi experience background will be an advantage
• Experience with managing food company factory will be an advantage
• Capable of working as part of a team as well as working independently with minimal supervision
• Possess good interpersonal skills, self-motivated & meticulous
