Project Support
- Support the salesman on the project / sales order
- Ensure timely billing to Client
- Ensure timely material order from supplier
- Liaise with the different stakeholders on the delivery & installation arrangement
- Coordinate shipment with forwarder
- Prepare export documents (include Letter of Credit)
- Order Crates / packaging
- Update the status of order and sales information to the sales dashboard
Purchasing
- Monitor quantity and unit price of materials/ hardware for each project site
- Arrange timely delivery of materials to the workshop and the site
- Responsible to source project spare part, hardware, insurance, etc.
- Source for new supplier, negotiate term and price with supplier
- Liaise with Sales & Project Engineer for delivery, installation & shipment
- Issue PO
- Responsible for inventory at workshop
- Evaluate vendors performance
- Ensure purchasing procedure comply with ISO standard
Requirement:
- 1 year work experience in a similar capacity is preferred
- Work experience in Singapore is a must
- Must be computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office application (Excel, Words, etc)
- Proactive, exercise flexibility, able to multi-task & work independently
- Enjoy working with people and thrive in team environment.
- Fluent in written and spoken English
