2. Mempunyai Ijazah Sarjana Muda/Ijazah Sarjana dalam bidang Ukur Bahan, Kewangan, Perakaunan, Pentadbiran Perniagaan atau bidang berkaitan yang diiktiraf oleh Kerajaan daripada Institusi-institusi Pengajian Tinggi Awam atau Swasta atau kelayakan yang diiktiraf setaraf dengannya.
3. Keutamaan bagi yang berdaftar sebagai Juruukur Bahan Siswazah dengan Lembaga Juruukur Bahan Malaysia.
4. Mempunyai minima tiga (3) tahun pengalaman dalam bidang perolehan dan kontrak / sebutharga dan tender;
5. Sijil-sijil profesional yang setaraf.

Deskripsi Tugas Utama :-

Pentadbiran

Bertanggungjawab untuk menyediakan perkhidmatan pentadbiran yang cekap termasuk merancang, melaksana dan memastikan operasi pentadbiran syarikat termasuk alatan dan perabot pejabat, alat tulis dan barang bercetak serta kenderaan syarikat ditadbir dengan berkesan untuk menyokong operasi syarikat.

Kewangan

• Bertanggungjawab terhadap urusan perolehan dan kontrak Syarikat.
• Melaksanakan kerja-kerja penilaian ukur bahan ke atas pelan-pelan untuk tawaran, kontrak, penilaian kontrak dan lain-lain tugas berkaitan.
• Bertanggungjawab memastikan polisi dan peraturan perolehan dipatuhi.
• Melaksanakan analisa kos untuk perolehan dan kontrak.
• Menyediakan terma dan syarat kontrak.
• Membantu penyediaan anggaran dan kos kontrak.
• Boleh bekerjasama dengan pembekal dan pelanggan dalaman bagi meminimakan kos dan memaksimakan keberkesanan “supply chain”.

• Assist HOD in monitoring resources in accordance with the operation plan in the area

• Updating the Master price list on raw materials and emailing to the marketing department on a monthly basis

Job Description

• Procure of spare parts, raw materials, consumable item and services required by end user and ensure the delivery are on time.
• Responsible for shipment and delivery arrangement.
• Responsible for full set export document preparation.
• Liaise with external parties such as custom department, shipping lines, forwarder etc.
• Work closely with subsidiary shipping team to ensure the require document are met.
• Ensuring that shipment requirement are attended efficiently and effectively
• Carrying out any other duties delegated by superior from time to time.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
• Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Working experience in manufacturing / FMGC environment will be preferred
• Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Preferably Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent

• Create, lead and execute purchasing strategies.
• Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
• Plan negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms.
