Job Responsibilities:

• To co-ordinate and maintain daily work progress at site
• To coordinate with Safety Department pertaining to safety matter at job site.
• To review structural drawings.
• Responsible on architectural and relevant design.
• To provide effective support to managers and executives of the department and other clerical duties.
• To carry out inspection for work done at site as well as maintaining such records
• To carry out other job assignments as and when required by the immediate superior
• Responsible for reviewing the design and functionality of the products and implement necessary improvement.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical) or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experiences in the related field is required for this position.
• Required skill(s): MS Office, AutoCad, Primavera
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (added advantage)
• Fresh graduate is welcomed to apply.

Responsible for warranty control and administration in accordance with claim procedures in order to minimize warranty rejection.

Job responsibilities:

• Process warranty claims on a timely basis.
• Process all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation.
• Monitor and ensure that the quality of the claims submitted are able to make good on the claims.
• Escalate warranty claim discrepancies to HQ Warranty in order to minimize leakages.
• Monitor warranty debtors to ensure timely collection of payment within provisioning policy.
• Verify payments from the Principal in order to ensure proper collection book-keeping.
• Perform monthly disposal of warranty parts to ensure compliance with Principal policy and efficient management of storage space.
• Ensure compliance to aftersales policies and processes to minimize leakages and optimize efficiency.
• Performs any other duties that may be delegated from Manager from time to time.

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in Automotive/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Preferably 2 years of working experience in automotive service and repair or related field.
• Possess strong self-discipline, time management skills, able to work in a team with a positive attitude towards learning.
• Able to work under a fast-paced environment.

負責根據索賠程序進行保固控制和管理，以盡量減少保固拒絕。

工作職責：

• 及時處理保固索賠。
• 處理所有保固文件以確保文件正確。
• 監控並確保所提交索賠的品質能夠兌現索賠。
• 將保固索賠差異上報至總部保修，以最大程度地減少洩漏。
• 監控保固債務人，確保在撥備保單範圍內及時收取付款。
• 核實委託人的付款，以確保正確的收款簿記。
• 每月處理保固零件，以確保遵守委託政策並有效管理儲存空間。
• 確保遵守售後政策和流程，以最大限度地減少洩漏並優化效率。
• 履行經理不時委派的任何其他職責。

要求：

• 候選人必須至少擁有汽車/機械工程文憑/高級/高級/研究生文憑/學位或同等學歷。
• 最好有2年汽車服務和維修或相關領域的工作經驗。
• 具備較強的自律能力和時間管理能力，能夠團隊合作，具有積極的學習態度。

Report to: Project Director

• In charge of project in-coming and out-going correspondence, circulation and dispatch.
• In charge of documentation filing system for proper operational procedure at site office.
• Ensure all document controls comply with ISO procedures.
• In charge of Progress Report preparation and submission and likes.
• Attending meeting and prepare minutes as when required for the project.
• Assist Project Manager/Director in purchasing and procurement of material required for the project.
• Prepare Project Budget/Costing under the instruction and supervision by Project Manager/Director.
• Respective Project Insurance Policy and follow up.
• Follow up on payment certificates from respective Consultant inclusive payment collection for all project.
• Assist respective Project Manager in application for power, water and telephone supply.
• Update the summary list of project documentation submission and approval status in the progress report, Request for Inspection, NCR, etc on weekly basis.

Requirement:

1. Diploma/Degree in Administration Management or its equivalent.
2. Must be a CIDB green card holder.
3. Minimum two (2) years working experience in document control, in similar position or related working experience.
4. Good communication and organizing skills, self-motivated, reliable, good time management and able to work under pressure, efficient, initiative, responsibilities,
5. Proficient in Microsoft office applications such as power point / excel / word and etc.
6. Proficiency in English and Malay.
7. Able to work in Rawang, Selangor

• 負責進度報告的準備和提交以及按讚。
• 參加會議並根據專案需求準備會議記錄。
• 協助專案經理/總監採購和採購專案所需的材料。
• 在專案經理/總監的指導和監督下準備專案預算/成本。
• 各自的項目保險單並跟進。
• 跟進各顧問的付款證明，包括所有項目的付款收集。
• 協助各自專案經理申請電力、水和電話供應。
• 每週更新進度報告、檢查請求、NCR 等中專案文件提交和批准狀態的摘要清單。

要求：

1. 行政管理文憑/學位或同等學歷。
2. 必須是 CIDB 綠卡持有者。
3. 至少兩 (2) 年文件控制工作經驗、類似職位或相關工作經驗。
4. 良好的溝通和組織能力，有上進心，可靠，良好的時間管理能力，能夠在壓力下工作，高效，主動，有責任感，
5. 熟練使用power point/excel/word等Microsoft Office應用程式。
6. 精通英語和馬來語。
