We are looking for strong program manager talent to join our Global Experimentation Team at HP. We build and launch AB tests to continuously improve our online user experience across desktop and mobile devices on various eCommerce platforms.
As an Experimentation Program Manager at HP, you will support the full lifecycle of planning, executing, and analyzing AB test campaigns on behalf of stakeholders. You will work directly with business and product leaders to understand specific business needs and opportunities to deliver innovative product features. You will identify and scope opportunities for new capabilities and collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to conduct experiments and implement winning ideas. You will manage the experimentation lifecycle through strong collaboration with engineering, design, analytics, content, and quality assurance teams to scope, build, launch and maintain experiments. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to facilitate their experimentation roadmap, prioritize the order of campaigns, oversee the implementation of campaigns, coordinate with the analytics team to analyze the results, and report out the results at an individual campaign basis and overall program level. Job Summary
• This role is responsible for leading multiple projects and managing activities of supporting teams and internal development partners and overseeing implementation of projects. The role applies advanced packaging knowledge to solve complex business and technical issues and leverages it to drive innovation and technology integration. The role manages project activities, develops schedules, budgets and resource plans, tracks progress against the established plans and drives best practices while leading less-experienced staff members.
Responsibilities
• Manages and leads packaging program involving multiple functions and project teams to drive the engineering development and implementation process for a product or service offering.
• Develops and directs development of schedules, critical deliverables, budget, resource allocation plan, and other support requirements for assigned program.
• Manages activities of supporting project teams and internal development partners; ensures progress against established plan and makes determinations based on analysis of business information to alter or update schedule and resource allocation to meet product requirements and development schedule.
• Communicates program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders; collaborates with management and development partners to recommend and implement changes to products, processes, or business practices to resolve escalated issues, produce solutions, and ensure adherence to budgets and established product roadmaps and schedules.
• Follows up on open points/actions that were observed during trials; ensures conveyed as actionable items.
• Drives packaging design innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into projects and activities in the manufacturing and/or engineering organization.
• Drives cost reduction projects and best practices through documentation control policies and procedures.
• Leads and provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in engineering development and implementation, project planning tools and software packages, people management, or a related field.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is $118,050.00 -- $181,800.00 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We have the responsibility of managing the business side of ITAD, operationalizing the next 12-month portfolio & roadmap, acting as a voice of the customer, optimizing profitability & growth for the Managed Solutions business.
We are looking to complement our team with an individual who will be responsible for leading our channel incentive programs as interface with our internal sellers and partners. These programs are multi-faceted with benefits for front end discounts and back-end benefits that go across multiple tools for our regions. Works independently to ensure partner program is running effectively for distributors and partners and works cross functionally to fix program issues that arise. Collaborate on the development and execution of key components of the incentives, focusing on communications, collateral creation, and regional partner training/events worldwide. This individual will also be part of the ITAD solutions broader team, working on HP’s Trade-In program roll out.
Responsibilities:
Education and Experience:
First level university degree required; MBA preferred.
5+ years of Marketing and/ or business management.
5+ years in channel program management/development/strategy with complex channel ecosystems
