Work with NVIDIA Enterprise customers and internal users to improve the availability, reliability, and overall experience of working with NVIDIA AI Enterprise products

What we need to see:
BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years system software development and troubleshooting experience, ideally with some customer facing
Intellectual curiosity, positive attitude, flexibility, analytical ability, self-motivation, and team-oriented
Strong computer science concepts and excellent knowledge of Python and scripting methodologies

What we need to see:
Bachelor's Degree in computer science or other related technical field or equivalent experience
15+ Years of IT experience, 8+ years of experience successfully leading technical programs in a fast paced, multifaceted, enterprise environment with at least 5 years’ experience program managing in the IT infrastructure space
Certified Scrum Master, PMI or equivalent preferred project management certification as a plus.
Proven track record of continuous improvement to enable higher performing program/organizations and/or teams with improved business and customer outcomes
