Responsibilities

• Strategy implementation and follow up with our subsidiaries in Southeast Asia
• Review, develop and implement company policies, procedures and ensure those policies and guidelines are in place with statutory requirements
• Involve in budgeting, costing and cash flow management across the region
• To liaise with regional offices for periodical results, reviewing and preparing of statutory reports
• To liaise with auditors, maintain banking relationship, internal control and compliance management

Requirements

• Degree in HRM/ Business or related disciplines
• At least 15-20 years of working experience in managerial position in Japanese Company
• Should be possessing deep knowledges of our 3 core businesses;

1. Logistics: Harbour Transport, International Transport, Third Party Logistics, Warehouse Operation etc.
2. Plant Engineering: Plant Construction, Plant Maintenance (Including Shut Down Maintenance)
3. Operation Support: Supporting customers’ production lines

• Knowledge of Japanese to liaise with regional Japanese staff and Japan headquarter
• Able to read and translate email and report in Japanese language
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (There will be a lot of occasions to report to management staffs in HQ in Tokyo)

Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Manage Director’s electronic diary, assessing priority of appointments and reallocation as necessary.
• Manage Director’s travel arrangements (including visas/accommodation). 
• Process Director’s correspondence, ensuring that incoming correspondence is dealt with by the Director/or on behalf of the Director, or other staff as appropriate. 
• Maintain Director’s office systems, including data management and filing. 

Requirements
