Responsibilities

PRIMARY FUNCTION (Consultant Project Manager)

• Pre-Tender Liaison with client on their scope of requirements including conducting site survey. Work with Consultants to prepare estimated project cost and requirements for feasibility study.
• Tender Oversee and manage preparation of tender document and drawings. Manage tenderers queries, evaluate returns till award of projects.
• Construction Manage project activities including vetting of construction program, implementation of works, ensure the implementation of Workplace and Safety and Health requirements, timing submission of progressive claim till closure of final account.
• Post Tender Stage Manage defect works during the defects liability period and submission of Operational Maintenance Manual

SECONDARY FUNCTION (Contractor Project Manager )

• Develop various projects programmes, assist with managing clients and projects teams, and deliver the projects on time, to budget and to the desired quality.
• Overall control of site operations and take direct instructions from Project Manager / Project Director / Contract Manager.
• Work closely with consultants for design, progress of works and submissions.
• Carry out daily discussions with project team to ensure works are carried out smoothly and no re-work or clashes with other trade works.

Job Description

Case Management and Export Process Optimization:

• Act as a dedicated case manager for the export process from APBS and other sourcing breweries, overseeing and optimizing all aspects to ensure efficiency

Liaison Between APBS, Sourcing Breweries, Import Market/Distributor, and Sourcing Entity:

• Foster effective communication and collaboration on sourcing matters between APBS, other sourcing breweries, the import market or distributor
