Our Energy & Utilities practice focuses on providing financial advisory services to conventional power, renewables, water, waste and utilities projects. Our service offerings span across pre-transaction stage (market entry, feasibility study/business case), transaction stage for green field and brownfield assets (bid/buy/sell-side transaction advisory, public private partnership procurement advisory, equity and debt capital raising), as well as strategic, policy and regulatory advisory at project/sub-sector level.

Define the technical architecture for the orchestration platform deployment. Require business experience of CDD, Onboarding, Case Management, Remediation, Policy Lineage and Data Migration. Knowledge of Appian, NodeJS, Kubernetes, AWS and Azure,
Responsibilities
• Lead Delivery of the technical architecture for Orchestration, with key responsibilities including:
- CDD Execution Flow
- Onboarding Technical rule flow
- Remediation Process
- Policy Lineage
- Data Migration delivery
- Project Management
- Senior Stakeholder Management
• Manage the migration case management projects for our top tier clients across various market sectors.
• Develop and nurture lasting client relationships and actively building a network and range of experience to help address client needs.
• Lead orchestration governance forums and manage communication into KPMG and client leadership
• Provide compelling and well thought out solutions to problems of moderate to high complexity.
• Provide an E2E journey flow with supporting technical architecture for migrating customers
• Build co-operative relationships and fosters an environment in which everyone’s opinion is valued.
• Lead orchestration whilst working with service line leads to ensure uniform processes and procedures.
• Provide on-going feedback, coaching and mentoring for team members that supports individuals’ development needs and career aspirations.
• Proactively engage in cross-functional communications and sharing of information.
• Support KPMG Orchestration with further developing and packaging methods and solutions.
• Support KPMG Orchestration with associated training, team management and recruitment
• You apply in-depth expert knowledge to support effective decision making and outcomes on business and technology migration, anticipating and managing risks that could impact the migration.
The ideal candidate should possess:
• Strong FS management consulting skills and background in Case Orchestration/Management
• Experience leading technical delivery and deploying case management system within Appian, utilising Azure and/or AWS.
• Using tooling NodeJS, Kubernetes (desired)
• Deep Experience in Financial Service Wealth and Customer Experience expertise
• Ability to influence and drive challenging discussions to ensure that KPMG’s risk is optimally managed on projects.
• Strong professional acumen with the ability to simplify technical details/issues for business stakeholders.
• Experience managing orchestration of client migration associated with delivering business Mergers & Acquisitions.
• Experience in leading large client pursuits/bids spanning multiple workstreams.
• You have experience in leading delivery using databases, ETL and reporting tools (Desirable).
• You have 10+years’ experience leading case management within financial services.
• You thrive on challenges and issues and enjoy solving problems.
• You have experience in leading a team of professionals to deliver for our clients.
• You are passionate about growing and developing others.
• You are an engaging presenter with strong communication skills, alongside strong relationship building skills.
• Proven delivery capability in delivering migration projects and development of migration solutions
• Proven large-scale migration experience with significant experience in the following:
- Capital markets
- Corporate Banking
- Continuous Migration
- Migration Orchestration
- Case Handling
- Customer strategy
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
