· Responsible for scheduling Onsite Field Service Engineers and Authorized Service Providers (ASP) to install, repair or maintain company equipment or applicable instruments.
· Works closely with Sales and Support Organizations, Customer Operations Center, Support Parts Logistics and Authorized Support Providers to ensure timely delivery of services to our customers.
· Provides administrative support for the Service Contact Center, including call management, document creation and office automation.
· Works in strong partnership with Technical Remote Support Engineers and has direct responsibility of meeting contractual response times on all assigned tasks.
· Responds to customer inquiries, acts as liaison with other internal business groups.

To work within the Warehouse team, to ensure smooth running of the warehouse and all deliveries entering and leaving the company, whilst providing excellent customer service at all times.
Main Role Accountabilities
1.
General Duties
· Monitor the receipt, booking in and dispatch of all Cargo/Goods and record data in accordance with working procedures.
· Ensure all goods received are booked into the company within a timely manner and record data as necessary.
· Load and off-load vehicles in a timely manner and assist with labeling and palletizing.
· Respond to operational staff/customer queries.
· Deal with Inventory requirements, logging incoming and outgoing shipments that are stored in our warehouse.
· Ensuring regular audits are carried out on the inventory held in the warehouse.
· Keep the warehouse tidy and organized.
· Maintain and share with colleagues as appropriate, personal knowledge of all relevant transport laws and procedures and restrictions.
· Liaise with Warehouse Supervisor to identify any changes in work instructions and/or processes where appropriate, thus providing reliant handling of Cargo/Goods.
· To undertake duties in accordance with defined processes and work instructions.

Customer Focus
· Be polite and respond positively at all times to customers/colleagues.
· Respond to operational staff/customer queries.
· Always wear supplied Company B&H uniform, maintaining a smart and professional appearance at all times.
· Wear your company identity card at all times.

· Adhere to health and safety policy, and other requirements relating to the care of equipment.
· Be aware of the standards expected in respect of the job, attendance, timekeeping and behaviour and the standards set out in the handbook and the HR Policy Manual.

· Complete annual appraisals in line with B&H standards with the Line Manager.
