RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media and Influence

• Initiate and expand MINDS social media influence and engagement, through new channels, content creation, etc.
• Ensure MINDS' social media platforms are maintained and maximised for engagement and storytelling.
• Support social media analysis and measurement of outreach success/outcomes.

Website Management

• Manage website content on WordPress, ensuring information relayed to the public is updated and accurate. Tasks including but not limited to: creation of new pages, update existing pages/content, copy editing.

Corporate Communications

• Generate ideas to elevate the brand while providing assistance to entities to ensure compliance of branding guidelines.
• Facilitate and/or review external partners' requests for collaboration and publicity materials with mention of MINDS.
• Produce corporate publications such as corporate brochures, annual reports, newsletters and other collaterals.
• Ensure quarterly e-newsletter and any necessary information is circulated to MINDS staff in a timely manner.

Events & Initiatives

• Assist in the development and execution of public education initiatives to raise public awareness of MINDS mission and service offerings, house brand products, through events, presentations, tours, exhibitions etc.

Media Management

• Support corporate events in the area of media management and execution.
• Manage media queries and requests.
• Draft media statements, responses to media and public queries, develop communications collaterals.
• Develop and nurture good relationships with the media and influencers to build goodwill.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Mass Communications/ Marketing/ Digital Marketing/ or relevant subjects

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and post invoices

A Job Placement Executive is responsible for providing job matching, job coaching and job support services for clients in open employment. As part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary team, which include Allied Health Professionals such as the Psychologist & Occupational Therapist, they provide career counselling, behavioural and work performance interventions in assisting clients sustain their employment. A Job Placement Executive has to also work closely with their clients' caregivers, existing & potential employers as well as partners & stakeholders such as training providers, community case & social workers, training officers & other job coaches in jointly providing holistic job support to their clients for employment success & sustainability. The Job Placement Executive should have great communication, time management & problem-solving skills. They should be able to work well both independently & in a team with integrity, sensitivity, knowledge and drive to support & advocate for their clients with intellectual disability.

CSS is the dynamic and nimble service delivery arm in MINDS that response to emerging needs of PWIDs and Caregivers in the community. Examples of Befriending and Respite programmes include Me Too! The key vision is to reach out to the unserved and underserved, and to enhance integration and community living of caregivers and PWIDs in the community.

1. Programme and Event Coordination

• Conduct programmes based on client needs

• Manage publicity for corporate events, including writing press releases, updating media materials and on-site media management

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Programme Executive contributes actively to the programme needs of Befriending and Respite services under the umbrella of Community-Based Support Services (CSS). He/she will be involved in the planning, coordinating, and executing of programme events and activities that suit the needs of persons with intellectual and developmental needs and their families. CSS is the dynamic and nimble service delivery arm in MINDS that response to emerging needs of PWIDs and Caregivers in the community. Examples of Befriending and Respite programmes include Me Too! Club, MYG, Project Bubbles, Befriending Services, and Customised Respite Care. The key vision is to reach out to the unserved and underserved, and to enhance integration and community living of caregivers and PWIDs in the community.

A proactive thinker, resourceful and responsible team player, he/she works closely with colleagues across MINDS to plan each programme and to guide volunteers/vendors in a smooth delivery of programme activities. He/she will also connect and coordinate with other organisations to execute collaborative, inclusive and client-centric programmes, to manage communications and feedback from stakeholders, and to conduct outreach activities to other organisations and the community.

1. Programme and Event Coordination

• Conduct programmes based on client needs
• Conduct needs assessment to support development of programmes based on client needs

2.Resource Management

3. Stakeholder Relations

RESPONSIBILITIES

Administrative Support

• Handle day-to-day operations including sales enquire and transactions including order processing and fulfillment

• Implement feedback and changes whenever possible or at the requests of the customers.

Website/Mailbox Management

• Manage SE E-commerce website for sales orders, promotions, new product listing, and last-mile delivery fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate records of stock inventory data and update the e-commerce website.
• Confirm product availability and coordinate with the production team for order fulfillment to ensure timely delivery to customers on the website.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma in Design, Marketing or other Business related qualification or equivalent and above from a recognised institution
