Responsible for the cleanliness, maintenance and upkeep of all equipment, furniture, stations, and Ship’s property.
- Be familiar with all menu items, their preparation and service procedure and brief the staff about the same.
- To make sure that all food dishes and beverages are according to menu and list specifications, properly presented, are of the correct hot/cold/iced temperature before being served with maintaining communication with the executive chef.
- To make duty roasters for the crew.
- To listen to guest complaints. Rectify wrongdoings and any passenger demands.
- To perform all duties assigned efficiently, technically correct, follow the company policies.
