We, Fundii Team, are seeking a Full-Time Property Investment Contract Administrator
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering top-tier contract administration whilst, efficiently managing administrative tasks, and ensuring a seamless customer experience with the company.
You must be available for client’s day to day questions regarding their legal obligations on their compliance with their agreements.
The role is a hybrid work from home and working from the office employment offer.
Key Responsibilities
Client Liaisons - Being available for clients day to day questions regarding their legal obligations on their property Investment purchasing contracts.
Review and negotiate variations to client purchase contracts (where required or suitable)
Draft, edit, and prepare property contracts of sale and agreements that clients are entering into. The ability to offer guidance in conjunction with their legal practitioner on terms within the contract prior to execution
Respond to the client and the clients legal representative with suggestions for any resolutions to problems that may arise during the course of a property purchase
Establish Relationships with key stakeholders and service providers of the company to maximise our working relationship with all external partners/parties
Remuneration
Title - Property Invetsment Contract Administrator
Base Salary - $120,000 Per annum plus superannuation
Full Time - 38 Hours per week+
Employment Term - Ongoing employment - not a contractor role/position
Qualification Status - Contract Administrator
Working Location - Full Time from our office in Pyrmont NSW 2009, traveling to see clients in person Australia wide and locations as required.
Reports Directly to the company director
Minimum Qualifications
2 years of experience in any legal role in Australia or overseas. The successful candidate must have a broad knowledge and experience in contracts, terms and conditions and legal practices.
A strong interest of trust account administration and legal compliance - training & mentoring provided in house
Strong interest and knowledge on leadership and management as the team is growing and the role will likely evolve into a team leadership role within 12 months.
A personal interest in property investment - either an existing investor or someone who has ambition to become a property investor is highly desirable.

Elite record keeping and note tracking ability to ensure critical deadlines are always met in a transaction
A positive attitude and excellent initiative to maintain a smooth process for all clients.

Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and effectively collaborate within a team.
Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment
Willingness to learn and contribute to the team processes and policies
Having advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Full availability and flexible work conditions to travel, visit clients, work extra hours, and over the weekend if it is required
Current Australian Driver’s License.
Performance Goals
Response times to client enquiries within 5 business hours
Giving clients direction on the purchase contracts within 24 hours of contract signing
Ensuring contract deadlines and settlement timeframes are all adhered to for finance approvals, building and pest reporting/rectification, deposit payments under the contract and settlement dates.
