This is a new and exciting Property Administrator job. You will be joining an 8-person professional and collaborative team. Duties include but not limited to:

• Providing assistance to property managers and account managers
• Assist in the day to day running of the office

A real estate company based in Leeds City Centre is looking for an administrator to join the team on a temporary basis starting ASAP.
The post will be around 2 - 3 months, potentially longer.


Main duties will include:

• Maintaining information in regard to all projects carried out by the team.
• Being the first point of contact; taking responsibility for knowing each member of the team's area of responsibility and being able to provide responses/guidance in their absence.
• Raising new instructions/files and work orders and invoices.
• Inputting information into the database.
• Ability to review legal documents and advise on position/responsibility.
• Maintaining a register of annual service charge costs and reviewing year-end reports.
• Assisting Estates Team to pull together further information on new properties in the portfolio.
• Arranging visits to properties
• Dealing directly with clients, responding to enquiries.
• Communicating with client's sub-tenants and other third parties.
• Monitoring and actioning shared mailbox and maintaining action tracker

Ideally, you will have previous experience of working as a property administrator - but this is not essential.
The role will be paying £23 - 25k - paid at an hourly rate on a weekly basis.
The role is hybrid and will be based in the office a minimum of 3 times a week - all equipment will be provided.

A specialist property business owning over 340 houses across the UK are now searching for a Property Administrator to help and support field-based staff on a permanent full-time basis. Operating from the head office based in Chorley, you will be the first point of contact to ensure all applications are dealt with quickly and efficiently and inputted into the database, along with additional duties, listed below.
The working structure of this role is Monday to Friday 8:45am - 5:15pm with an hour's lunch break.

Your new role
As Property Administrator you will be expected to support the Property team members through efficient logging and handling of calls to the dedicated tenant Helpdesk. Alongside liaising with different departments and colleagues to keep them updated on any developments.
Other duties will include Helpdesk functions, such as statutory compliance, inputting information, act as main point of contact for customers and arrange repairs, along with checking invoices received etc.

What you\'ll need to succeed
To be successful in securing this position, you must have a passion for customer service and an excellent telephone manner. Along with being self-motivated, positive, ambitious, hardworking, and flexible. Must be comfortable working within a small team and confident engaging with office and field-based staff to build strong relationships. You should have good attention to detail and be able to work at a fast-paced environment, including additional IT skills (including Microsoft such as Word and excel).
