General Summary
Essential Job Accountabilities
Promote compliance with the company safety program and local accident prevention efforts to ensure company safety goals are met.
Assist in the development and implementation of safety related programs to meet or exceed company safety standards.
Perform and document jobsite inspections and audits with special emphasis on hazard recognition, unsafe behaviors and correction of potential third party, asset loss and workers compensation losses.

Participate in regulatory agency inspections and investigations to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.

Assist in the investigation, preparation and maintenance of records of all third party, asset loss, and worker’s compensation claims to make certain that Company interests are preserved.
Assist in the follow up with the corporate insurance department regarding claims, to ensure that the appropriate information is collected and that claims will be resolved in a timely manner.

The department that will welcome you is the maintenance department with the aim of optimize the current installed relief system on the plant. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with Mozzanica team and Dow team in the world to collect information, perform calculation using our tools and discuss results. You will be part of a dynamic environment, where you will experience everyday how a maintenance department works as part of a big chemical company.
Project description
The scope of the project is to validate relief devices validation as per Dow standard. The first phase of the project will be focused on collecting information and regarding devices and safety vent systems and close existing gaps in the documentation. The second phase of the project will be to properly archive information as required and get them available as needed. At the same time, the data will be provided to the team to complete and validate calculation.
Highest priority will be for equipment in hazardous service, then the project will be focused on non-hazardous service equipment.

Archive needed information and data to proper database.
Spend time in the field to validate documented information and data.
