As a Care Assistant at MHA you will provide the highest quality of care to our residents enabling them to live later life well. Duties will be varied and include supporting our residents with personal care needs and helping them to take part in a wide range of activities that support their health and wellbeing. Every day will be different and you'll have the opportunity to use your people skills to make a real difference.
About you
The right values, attitude and behaviours are more important than your previous career background. Therefore whilst previous care experience is desirable it is not essential and we'll provide all the training and support you need to thrive. You don't need any qualifications to get started as a Care Assistant.
You will have a kind, warm and caring nature and be able to work well as part of a team but also use your own initiative. Patience, communication and listening skills are equally important. Senior Care Assistant (Days) based at Stones Place, Lincoln

About the role
As a Senior Care Assistant at MHA you will lead and inspire a team of committed care assistants to provide the highest quality of care to our residents enabling them to live later life well. Duties will be varied and include supporting our residents with personal care needs and helping them to take part in a wide range of activities that support their health and wellbeing. In addition, you will administer medication and maintain clear and accurate records. Every day will be different and you'll have the opportunity to use your leadership and people skills to make a real difference.
About you
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be passionate about caring for older people, have previous care experience and, as a minimum, hold an NVQ level 2 or equivalent in health and social care and be willing to complete level 3. In addition, you will have experience leading, coaching and motivating a team to deliver high quality care.
You will have a kind, warm and caring nature and be able to work well as part of a team but also use your own initiative. Patience, communication and listening skills are equally important.
Maintaining accurate records, time management and prioritising tasks will also be strengths. So, if you have the ability to lead by example, form positive relationships and energise colleagues to deliver exceptional care then we'd love to hear from you.

The Marketing Automation Specialist I helps enable the operation of our automated marketing platform (Salesforce Pardot), including building and supporting standard programs such as email communications, lead capture, lead nurturing, and integration with CRM, troubleshooting, dashboards and reporting. The Specialist will work with Marketing Managers, Operations and the MarTech Team to implement marketing automation best practices, execute marketing campaigns and reporting. The Specialist will also support the onboarding and training of associates onto the platform as needed.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Work with Marketing Team and business stakeholders to plan, build and execute email communications, marketing automation campaigns, and nurture programs in a flexible and timely manner that meets business objectives.
2. Create, monitor, analyze and report on critical metrics, including email marketing results and engagement, through the customer journey.
3. Analyze campaign performance and give recommendations on continuous improvement.
4. Support essential marketing operations initiatives such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring and nurturing and data hygiene.
5. Document processes, including workflow and QA testing, to improve efficiency and reduce risk of human error.
6. Support the implementation and evaluation of test strategies, including AB multi-variant testing, to drive qualified traffic and revenue-building activities, ensuring maximum profitability.
7. Understand and maintain responsive email and landing page templates that meet standards and are cross-browser compatible.
8. Build and send emails including layout, design, content, messaging, review and segmentation, and list management.
9. Work with corporate email team to understand and implement best practices for deliverability, sender reputation, as well as CANSPAM and other regulatory procedures.
10. Work with creative and digital teams to update and/or develop templates and workflows as needed.
11. Work with management to define KPIs, create reporting and analyze campaign performance.
12. Provide training and documentation for new and existing users.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (Marketing, Business or Advertising preferred).
EXPERIENCE:
1. 1-3 years marketing experience, specifically working with a marketing automation or email delivery platform.
2. Marketing automation or email delivery experience (Pardot and Salesforce experience preferred).
