Job Tasks:

• Organize, implement and coordinate PT product and application trainings and events within the within the ASEAN Hub and Malaysia
• Conceptualize training material (presentations, worksheets etc.) and coordinate trainings & qualification in local languages for
  • PT internal staff
  • PT customers (dealers/ users)
  • external services (promoters, merchandisers and demonstrators)
• Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually (focus Malaysia & Singapore)
• Provide application support in within the ASEAN Hub and Malaysia
• Provide a link to access PT Academy, PT Forum and Encyclopedia of PT
• Initiate product launch and marketing concept related activities together with Marketing managers in Country
• Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc.
• Observe and evaluate results of training programs

• Implement a holistic user journey in the country towards end users and retail partners based on regional Brand strategy, Marketing concepts and specific “P” guidelines in close cooperation with all local Business Unit marketing manager
• Delivers excellence in execution and optimization of Revenue, Engagement, Activity, and Conversion (REACT) KPIs in the country.
• FOCUS: Overarching Owner of the user journey in the country - orchestration

Job Tasks

• Plan & execute the User Journey Management Lifecycle (from insights to mapping to actions & tracking) to ensure holistic implementation (focus on Business Unit (BU) Marketing Concepts) in countries across the entire user journey
• Ensure the local budget is allocated along the user journey optimizing Return on Investments (ROIs) according to regional concepts and plans
• Execute and monitor implementation of growth measures (Key Growth Drivers) - focus particular on successful implementation & execution of marketing concepts - in the country according to Revenue, Engagement, Activity, and Conversion (REACT) framework
• Lead marketing manager team in Country Sales Organization (CSO)

Job Tasks

• Provides offline trend related input to long-term regional and Business Unit (BU) brand strategies to achieve preferred choice for PRO/DIY users in the region and clear differentiation, enhancing better customer loyalty and increasing MarCom effectiveness.
• Leads team which details out and implements brand strategies across all Ps and offline touch points in the region.
• Ensures touch point management is based on regional user journey insights and thorough analysis of market, competitor and user behavior.
• Ensures touch point implementations achieve Marketing KPIs, incl. Brand health and development of corrective actions.
• Represent region in cross-Business Unit (BU) / regional offline touch point related projects.
• Guides, coaches and develops Marketing team members.
