We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Product, Channel Marketing, and Events Senior Executive to develop and execute product marketing plans for channel partners and distributors.
As part of the product and channel marketing team of our marketing department, your primary responsibility is to drive product awareness, lead generation, and customer retention through the development and execution of product marketing plans, market research, event planning, collaboration with sales teams, CRM management, and maintenance of the partner portal.
Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute product marketing plans to drive product awareness and adoption.
● Conduct market research to identify customer (channel partner and distributor) needs and analyze the competitive landscape.
● Create compelling online and offline marketing content for customers, including product collateral and sales kits with the content and creative team.
● Plan and execute channel marketing initiatives and collaborate with partners for successful product launches.
● Plan and execute events to showcase products, engage customers, and generate leads.
● Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, budgeting, and vendormanagement.
● Conduct post-event analysis and evaluation to measure the success and effectiveness of marketing efforts.
● Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts and provide necessary support.
● Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as lead generation.
● Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.
● Develop, maintain and update a comprehensive partner portal to provide relevant product information, resources, and training materials for internal teams, partners, and distributors.
● Develop, oversee and manage the CRM system, ensuring accurate data management and providing support to partners for effective lead tracking, opportunity management and sales enablement.
● Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies through effective marketing campaigns and initiatives.
● All other Marketing related ad-hoc duties as assigned.
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Proven 2-3 years of experience in product marketing, channel marketing, or event management.
● Strong understanding of market research techniques and competitive analysis.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Experience in planning and executing successful marketing events.
