The Business Planning and Operations team supports the Head of Asia Pacific Products & Solutions by defining and driving strategic, operational, and organizational improvements across eight markets/regions and six functional teams, ensure compliance and increase employee engagement within the Asia Pacific Products function.
What a BPO Associate does at Visa
- Provide project planning and management for projects and initiatives and build relationships and infrastructure across functions for Product to effectively operate globally
- Drive scorecard reporting end-to-end with regular updates and tracking of scorecard metrics across functions and markets from data gathering to metric analysis as deliverables
- Develop new leading indicators and drive instrumentation from requirements specification to tracking
- Define and drive strategic, operational and organizational improvement initiatives to communicate AP Product thinking as a whole and inculcate data-driven mindset for all stakeholders
- Support annual planning process across all levels of the Products organization

The role holder will partner closely with cross-functional teams to drive organizational improvement initiatives across the product functions. Importantly, the individual will support business priorities and provide insights on levers as well as metrics driving the business to optimise performance.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
