Job Description
In this role you have the opportunity to work in a team environment, supporting investigations of complaints stemming from ventilation devices by end users. You will analyze, document, and communicate the result of your findings in SAP.

You are responsible for
• Supporting investigation activities including test, checkout, modification, fabrication, and
assembly of prototype systems, experimental design circuitry, or specialized test equipment.
• Performing a variety of routine operations, usually under limited supervision.
• Using standard equipment and complex pieces of equipment.
• Making technical calculations involving the use of engineering/mathematical formulas.
• Analyzing and creating schematic drawings and diagrams.
• Assisting in the troubleshooting and remediation of equipment production failures.
• Working from schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layouts or defined plans to perform testing, checkout and trouble-shooting functions.
• Conducting operational, fault isolation, and detailed experimental testing to collect design data or assist in research or related work.
• Recording test procedures and results, performs routine analyses and calculations, and recommends changes in equipment, procedures, or test methods.
• Testing machinery and equipment, consistent with engineering and other specifications.

Candidate Profile:
The chosen candidate will have experience & education as listed below:
• Engineering Student
• Solid basic computer skills including MS Office Suite
• Good communication and presentation skills for reporting project status
• Detail oriented documentation skills desired
• Passion for learning

Philips Transparency Details
Internship will be paid based upon scale below:
Bachelor Level: $25 – 28 an hour
The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
