- Strategic planning and management of the entire product portfolio

Requirements:

- At least 8 years of experience in the field of software, eCommerce, marketing or product management

- At least 5 years of leadership experience in across multiple sites

- Great people skills paired with a high level of assertiveness

- Very good communication skills in English languages in order to communicate with management and senior management as well as with employees and colleagues

- Strong analytical, strategic and coordinating skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain an existing Instant Messaging system, improve its architecture, stability, and robustness.
• Design and develop new functionalities according to new demands.
• Cooperate with the team to complete the iterative upgrade of the product.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in Java/Golang backend development.
• 2+ years experience working on instant messaging product.
• Familiar with development process, git collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Linux, microservices, distributed systems, redis sharding, database sharding, kafka, MQ.
• Independently designed at least one high performance, high throughput, and high availability backend system, and it has successfully been used.

Responsibilities：

• Participate in product design and testing of remote collaboration tools related products.
• Work closely with the software development team. Work with UI/UX designer to produce wireframes, layouts or carry out user research.
• Lead and collaborate with other teams on various projects to reach organizational objectives.
• Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues
