Responsibilities:
· Responsible for core front-end trading products and product team management
· Create and maintain product roadmaps, feature backlogs and product documentation such PRDs, user stories, use cases, user flows, logic flows, and functional specifications
· Prioritize development activities with engineering teams, assist in determining the best technical implementation methods, work closely with QA on acceptance testing and lead product launches
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to deliver best-in-class trading solutions and products
· Manage cross-functional and cross-department communication and coordination to ensure product quality and progress, and completion of product milestones
· Create and manage project timelines, milestones, and resources.
· Define product values and deliver product wireframes and detailed requirement document for developers to implement product ideas accurately.
· Spot/margin/futures product working mechanism. Able to design the necessary formula and mechanism for specific derivatives products.

Requirements:
· 8+ years of proven experience as a product manager coupled with a good understanding of financial trading systems
· Experienced in managing of 100K+ DAU finance trading products
· Sound knowledge of financial products (especially margin and futures products) and the ability to independently create detailed formulas for derivative products
· Good knowledges on Front-end and Back-end architecture, including endpoints design/websocket application scenarios
· Sound knowledge on financial products (especially on margin and futures product) and trading experience
· Quick learner, can pick up new concepts quickly. High degree of initiative to work collaboratively across the team and independently
· Familiarity with Agile workflow and ability to work within an Agile environment
· Successful experience in steering products from concept to market, especially for fin-tech products
· Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as design, engineering, and marketing.
