Your role:

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and demands.

• Create product specifications, use cases, and user stories that outline product features and functionality.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and new technologies and provide insights on any potential impact on the product.
• Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to showcase the product and gather customer feedback

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Prior experience in the marketing field will be an advantage

Summary

• Assist to carry out technical support functions and duties in accordance with division policy & department plan and work towards achieving the targets set in KPI.
• Initiate commitment and take action to comply with quality and environmental policy, relevant environmental legislation, and other requirements, and conform to the company's policy on information assets and export control.

Responsibilities

• Assist to carry out site investigation and specification finalization
• Assist to provide technical support to the service sales division and overseas distributors on upgrading specifications, finalization, and modification
• Assist to check design information and plan drawing for upgrading projects
• Assist to make engineering documents.
• Assist to computerize worksheets in order to increase the working efficiency
• Assist to prepare the planning sheets
• Assist to carry out technical checks
• Assist to prepare upgrading specification sheets (MSS)
• Any other assigned tasks

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Autocad
• MS words and Excel
• Diligent and strong attention to details
• Strong sense of self-control andintegrity
• Able to handle work independently
• Willing to work at sites
