Requirements:

SIA Door Supervisor is required
Security management / supervisory / team leadership experience is required of at least 2 years

Oversee Roster and scheduling responsibilities in alignment with rostering process and procedures.
Advise the Head of Security immediately of any incident or issue that may affect service delivery.
Brief the team daily on the days taskings / events / planned incidents / new processes or procedures etc.
Always make a positive personal impact and be seen at the forefront of good practice.
Perform or assist with all reasonable client / company requests.
Be an exemplar for Team Working - shift team and site leadership team
Oversee and operate ExGarde / access control system
Oversee and ensure electronic systems such as the E-DOB, Genetec and DataStation and updated accordingly.
Assist and support the Head of Security with projects and taskings and any other reasonable duties.
