Business Nature: Manufacturer of precast concrete products and prefabricated bathroom units @ Seri Kembangan, Selangor

Working hours: Monday to Friday (office hours)
Salary Range: RM 2500 - RM4500 per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects of pre and post quantity surveying and contract administration.
• Detail study and understanding of tender documents, specifications & requirements for any enquiry.
• Preparation of costing, BQ & quantity taking off and variation order cost.
• To ensure that the prices quoted in tender are accurate and appropriate.
• Measurement, taking off for on-going projects/issuance of contractual letters and notices to clients, sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Any additional task assigned by superior / reporting head from time to time.

Requirements:

• Computer skills in Microsoft Office application, AutoCad.
• Analytical and objective driven personality.
• Able to work under minimum supervision at a tight-deadline and fast-paced environment.
• Past involvement and experiences in the tendering and costing would be an added advantage.
• Degree in Quantity Survey or its equivalent with relevant working experience (prefer main contractor, high-rise/building work, not housing project).

• 詳細研究和理解招標文件、規格和要求，以應對任何詢問。
• 準備成本會計、BQ 和數量統計以及變更訂單成本。
• 確保投標報價準確、適當。
• 測量、啟動正在進行的專案/向客戶、分包商和供應商發出合約函和通知。
• 上級/匯報主管不時指派的任何額外任務。

要求：

• Microsoft Office 應用程式、AutoCad 的電腦技能。
• 分析性和客觀驅動的個性。
• 能夠在緊迫的期限和快節奏的環境中在最少的監督下工作。
• 過去參與招標和成本核算的經驗將是一個額外的優勢。
• 工料測量學位或同等學歷，具有相關工作經驗（優先選擇總承包商、高層/建築工程，而不是住房項目）。
