What you will do
The Senior Construction Project Executive position is part of our Building Solutions, North America business. We’re looking for a seasoned Construction Project Executive to be the subject matter expert on larger, more complex construction projects. Region would be responsible for would be Northcentral area of the U.S. Must live within the region: IN, WI, IL, OH, MI, KY, MS. Will start by taking on a large, long term project with multiple phases in Indianapolis, IN.
Under general direction, manages the overall performance of Johnson Control’s larger construction projects. Organizes the program development effort, development of the management plan and monitoring progress against the plan. Identifies actions required to be taken in the event of deviation from the plan. Adheres to Johnson Controls standardized procedures and processes. Represents Johnson Controls and its interests to exceed customer satisfaction. Responsible for the overall safety program compliance.

Certification as a PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) is highly preferred.
