QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Must be of College and/or University level. Minimum of 5-10 years of related experience and/or training. Minimum five years experience in procurement/transition of facility management services and supplies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues.
FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE
Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Conducts advanced financial analysis.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES
Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite. Working knowledge of database reporting and platform manipulation. Familiarity with use of contracts management tools and platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Executive Director will work closely with the Senior Divisional Director (SDD) / Divisional Director (DD) and Family Service (FS) Heads to assess and address issues affecting the division/ organization. He/She will oversee operations of the centres, providing executive direction for program strategies and efficiencies, compliance, and quality assurance; identify and address staffing requirements for efficient operations, and maintain a strong work culture that attracts and retains people while driving the organisation's mission; and ensure compliance with all regulations.
