• Creating & ensuring that all Infrastructure/Network/Software documentation are up to date
• Manage websites, domains, and other third party services.
• Providing system training to end-user where required
• Performing general preventive maintenance tasks on laptops, desktops, EC2 instances, and any other company authorized equipment.
• Ensuring all endpoints are properly configured with company approved secured anti-virus & DLP solutions.
• Monitor, Assist and Track the progress of projects to ensure smooth execution to meet objectives & deliverables as set by business teams.
• Supporting the project teams in getting tech feedback to contribute back to CI/CD.
• Participation in tech-related project meetings where necessary.
• Assisting with system testing for various environments (i.e. SIT/UAT) and issue/bug fixes
• Any other ad hoc task as and when required or assigned.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role.
• Experience with Servers, Databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management tools.
• Individuals with AWS Certifications are preferable but not required.
• Working understanding of Networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Routing & Switching, etc).
• Hands-on Experience with Office365 suite as well as Google Workspace (GSuite).
• Familiarity with various operating systems(Windows, Linux, MacOS) and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to adapt to a fast paced environment.
• Keen and Resourceful individual with a problem solving attitude.

We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) engineer, who will be will be responsible for conducting

tests before product launches to ensure software runs smoothly and meets client needs. The QA

engineer responsibilities include designing and implementing tests, debugging and defining corrective

actions. You will also review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics (e.g. defect

densities and open defect counts.) The QA engineer role plays an important part in our company’s

product development process.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
• Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Monitor debugging process results
• Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
• Coordinate with development team/project management team for smooth SIT/UAT

Requirements

• Tertiary degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
• Proven work experience in software quality assurance
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing is a plus
• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
