(Commonwealth MRT)

Reporting to the Service Centre Supervisor, your responsibilities include:

• Installation and commissioning of water systems
• Product demonstration & training for customers
• After sales support including house calls for system inspection & maintenance
• Handle customer complaints and feedback
• Troubleshooting & repair

Requirements:

• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to handle English and Mandarin-speaking clients
• Able to work on Saturdays 9am-1pm
• Class 3 driving license

Job Description

SingHealth Experimental Medicine Centre runs several core facilities for translational research in SingHealth. Reporting to the Veterinary Manager, you will be responsible in supporting the implementation of policies and initiatives for animal husbandry and care.

You will be involved in the maintenance of animal inventory, equipment and facilities to ensure full compliance with the National Advisory Committee for Laboratory Animal Research (NACLAR) guidelines, Animal and Veterinary Service (AVS) requirements and American Association for Accreditation of Laboratory Animal Care (AAALAC) international standards. You are also responsible for ensuring the provision of veterinary husbandry and care to support training and research activities in the centre. You will also be required to interact with researchers to facilitate veterinary operations in the department.

Requirements

• Diploma in any discipline or GCE A / O / N Level with minimum 4 years of relevant experience
• Ability to handle small and large animal work and perform shift duties, including weekends and public holidays
• Highly motivated with strong interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Provide on-site field service technical support and troubleshooting at multiple customer locations
2. Collection of approved quotation amount from the customer upon job completion
3. Handle customer complaints and repairs
4. Check and ensure the required tools are available in the toolkit to start the necessary work for the day
5. Provide field fixes and quality feedback on products
6. Adhere to the defined processes and procedures of the service department
7. Prepare job cards for each job and get authorization from the service supervisor

Requirements:

1. NITEC or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
2. Candidates without qualifications but with relevant experience will be considered favourably
3. Salary will be commensurated with relevant experience
4. Training will be provided for junior technician
5. Consistently ensure the highest standards of customer service and experience
6. Self-motivated personality and a willing-to-learn attitude demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and relationships with end consumers
7. Possess a valid Class 3 driving license

Field Service Technician

Full Time $2.5K - $3K above + Bike Allowance

Responsibilities:

· Outdoor Maintenance, Servicing & Installation

· Handle Troubleshooting, repair & testing of Water Dispensers & Water Purification Systems

· Other ad-hoc duties as required

· On Job Training provided with Good Prospect

· Sponsor Technical Courses for upgrading

Requirement:

· Min ITE / Nitec in Mechanical Engineering or relevant

· Possess Class 2 Driving License / Own Bike or Class 3
